The Quick GEO Scan is a limited automated preview. It is not a replacement for the full audit report.
No ranking or citation guarantee
We do not guarantee specific rankings, AI citations, AI Overview inclusion, ChatGPT mentions, Gemini visibility, Perplexity citations, Claude references, Bing Copilot exposure, traffic increases, sales increases, or business outcomes.
Search engines and AI systems are controlled by third parties and may change their systems, policies, crawling behavior, ranking models, citation behavior, and display formats at any time.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for submitting accurate URLs, business information, access details where needed, and any context required for the report. You must have the right to submit and request analysis for the website or page being reviewed.
If a page is blocked, login-only, technically inaccessible, legally restricted, or cannot be properly reviewed, we may contact you for clarification or a replacement URL.
Payments and invoices
Payment may be accepted through PayPal worldwide and GCash for Philippines-based clients. Other payment arrangements may be discussed for custom or larger engagements.
An invoice is issued for every paid order. Prices, packages, and availability may change from time to time unless a written quote has already been accepted.
Delivery and format
Reports are delivered in the format described on the landing page or in the agreed project scope. The product may be delivered as a client-ready HTML report, PDF, link, file, or another agreed format.
Delivery time depends on the number of pages, complexity, accessibility of submitted URLs, project scope, and operational workload.
Use of reports
You may use the delivered report internally for business, SEO, GEO, AEO, content, technical, and implementation planning. Agencies and consultants may share the report with their clients if the report was purchased for client work.
You may not resell, copy, rebrand, publish, or distribute the report as a standalone commercial product without written permission from Traficare Technologies Ltd.

Report findings are based on the submitted URLs, visible page content, available technical signals, third-party tools, AI-assisted analysis, and information available at the time of review.
Third-party platforms
The service may reference or evaluate visibility factors related to third-party platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Bing Copilot, Google, Bing, and others. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by these platforms unless explicitly stated.
Prohibited use
You may not use the website or service to submit illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, private, confidential, or unauthorized URLs or content. You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, exploit, or abuse the website, API endpoints, forms, or scan tools.
Intellectual property
The website design, copy, structure, templates, report format, scoring approach, prompts, methodology, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Traficare Technologies Ltd, except for third-party brand names, marks, or tools referenced for descriptive purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traficare Technologies Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-loss damages related to the use of the website, quick scan, report, recommendations, implementation decisions, or third-party platform changes.
