This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, payment issues, and report delivery concerns are handled for the GEO + AEO Audit Report and related services provided by Traficare Technologies Ltd.
Because the report is a custom digital audit prepared for a specific submitted URL or URL list, refund eligibility depends on the order status and work already performed.
Custom digital service
Each paid GEO + AEO Audit Report is prepared based on the submitted page URL, website context, visible content, technical signals, available data, and the selected package scope.
Once analysis work has started or a report has been completed or delivered, the order is generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Before work begins
If you request cancellation before work has started, we may approve a full or partial refund depending on payment processor fees, administrative processing, and the status of the order.
After work begins
If work has already started, a refund is not normally available because time, research, analysis, AI processing, review, and report preparation may already have been performed.
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund, replacement URL review, credit, or revised delivery option at our discretion.
After report delivery
Completed and delivered reports are non-refundable unless there is a clear duplicate payment, major delivery error, or another issue that we confirm in writing.
Dissatisfaction caused by third-party platform behavior, ranking changes, lack of AI citations, lack of traffic increase, or implementation decisions is not grounds for a refund.
Blocked or inaccessible URLs
If a submitted page is blocked, login-only, broken, inaccessible, technically restricted, or cannot be reviewed properly, we will contact you before completing the audit.
Depending on the situation, we may request an alternative URL, additional access details, revised scope, or a different delivery arrangement.
Duplicate payments
If you believe you were charged twice for the same order, contact us with payment details. Confirmed duplicate payments will be refunded or credited.
Payment processor fees
Payment processors such as PayPal or GCash may apply fees, conversion costs, transaction limitations, or processing rules. Where applicable, refunds may be reduced by non-refundable processor fees.
Invoices
An invoice is issued for every paid order. If a refund is approved, we may issue a credit note or updated invoice record where required.
How to request a refund review
To request a refund review, contact us through the GEO + AEO Audit Report landing page and include your name, email, payment method, payment date, package purchased, submitted URL, and reason for the request.
Refund processing time
If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment provider, bank, country, and payment method used. We cannot control third-party processor timelines.
Policy changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
