Security & Confidentiality
Last updated: May 25, 2026. This page explains Traficare’s practical approach to confidentiality and security when discussing workflows, AI, automation, content systems and organic visibility projects.
Confidentiality-first project intake
Traficare treats business information, workflows, documents and strategic discussions as confidential where appropriate. For sensitive projects, confidentiality expectations should be confirmed in writing before detailed materials are shared.
Practical security principles
- Minimum necessary accessUse only the information and access needed to understand the problem and complete the agreed work.
- Written arrangements for sensitive workUse NDAs, statements of work or project-specific terms where confidential or regulated information may be involved.
- Access reviewReview what systems, documents, accounts or files are actually needed before sharing access.
- Tool selection based on sensitivityChoose AI, automation, storage or communication tools based on the sensitivity of the data and the project requirements.
- Human review and approvalsKeep appropriate review and approval steps before publishing, deploying or relying on outputs.
Security limitations and third-party dependency
Client responsibilities
- Do not share credentials unnecessarilyDo not send passwords, API keys or admin credentials through email or website forms.
- Use correct permissionsProvide least-privilege access where system access is required.
- Maintain internal securityClients remain responsible for their own accounts, backups, employee permissions, device security and internal policies.
- Review sensitive data before sharingRemove or mask sensitive information that is not required for the work.
Common questions
Is an NDA available?
For sensitive discussions or projects, confidentiality terms or an NDA can be discussed before detailed materials are shared.
Can Traficare guarantee absolute security?
No. No website or technology system can guarantee absolute security, especially where third-party platforms or client-controlled systems are involved.
Should credentials be sent through forms or email?
No. Credentials, API keys and sensitive access details should not be sent through public forms or normal email unless a secure process has been agreed.
